Noon Fellowship Meals

Back by popular demand! They are delicious and convenient, and promote fellowship among the attendees. $9.00 per person, per meal if prepaid by June 1, 2025 (we will not be selling tickets at the door this year). Order form can be printed below, or find the link to pay online!

Music at the Conference

Join us as we glorify God with our music at each session at conference. Perhaps you play an instrument or enjoy singing in the choir. There are many opportunities to use the talents God has blessed you with. The music at conference is a vital part of our worship and prepares our hearts for the preaching of the Word of God.

Conference CLASSES/Activities

Please be sure to register all children under age 18 by June 1st! Visit our Children Ministry page for more information.

Nursery: (3 and under): 7:45-Noon/ 6:45–8:45pm

Children: (4-12): 9:00am to Noon.
The children meet in the Family Activity Center.
(Program Wednesday at the evening service)

Teenagers: (13-18) 9:00am to 10:00am.
*Bonfire after Sunday night service for
teens
*Daily afternoon activities

College and Career: Monday 8:30pm
On Monday, we have a College and Career get-together with ice cream, games, fellowship, and a short devotional. We welcome those in this bracket to come to the gym following the evening service for this special time.

Campfire/Smores: Wednesday 8:30pm (all are welcome)

WHAT CAN YOU DO?
The only way a conference such as ours is possible, and affordable, is for an army of volunteers to help with various needs during our summer conference. This includes everything from cleanup, serving food, supervising game time with the youth, locking the buildings at night, and more.
